Many small gifts come together to make a huge impact. When one person decides to give $5.99 /month, it will provide a scholarship for a student to experience a life-changing conference. In the last nine years, Cru has sent over 3,500 students to such conferences and seen about 500 students go on mission trips to six different continents. This year, we expect to see over 600 students get involved in Cru Communities, as we work to help students be set free from isolation. The Challenge: There are over 56,000 students at UCF, and it requires an enormous amount of energy and resources to ensure that the Gospel is available to them.
The Idea: What if instead of a few people giving a lot, many people make small monthly contributions that add up?
The goal: We are praying for 1000 people to join Be the Change by giving $5.99 per month. You are invited to join our movement of students, alumni, family, friends, and fans that are committed to seeing that every person at UCF will have the opportunity to experience the love of Jesus.

A campus ministry has a variety of needs that can seem scattered at first, but when you put it all together it creates a powerful community that God uses to change lives.
We produce weekly meetings, outreach events, ministry training, conferences, and small groups so that students can grow in their faith in Jesus while they are in college.
Example of small needs: grills, pancake supplies, microphones, extension cords, fans, vinyl posters, flyers, printers, speaker honorariums, tents for tailgates, couches, trailer tires, & more.
Example of one large need: We rent a storage unit that costs about $600 per year, so we are able to store things like tailgating supplies, signage, outreach materials, tools, games, sound equipment, etc. The only alternative is having students put things in their garages (where they are likely to be lost.) However, just ten people giving $5.99 per month provides our storage facility.

How are the funds handled? All funds are directly given to Campus Crusade for Christ, Int. 87% of all donations are for direct ministry at UCF, and CCC headquarters earmarks 13% for funding missionaries in other countries, the Jesus film, processing and overhead. The staff team at UCF will directly oversee the use of the funds for ministry purposes.
